The On Call 2000 Internet Remote Load version from WavX represents the latest in audio technology for digital on hold messages. Standard audio WAV files are transferred as an e-mail attachment via the Internet from the production company to your customers office.

Here`s how it works!
Install the On Call 2000 at your customers office.
Send a wav file attachment to the On Call 2000 from your production house.
The On Call 2000 logs on and checks for new e-mail attachments and downloads the new wav file......then sends you a follow-up email confirmation.

An optional playlist can be created and copied to the sound card for specific message on hold schedules. The playlist allows files to be automatically selected or deselected based on the time of day or date, or activated automatically by the interval timer.

Virtually any number of files may be stored on a single sound card. Smart Cards are currently available in 16MB, 32MB, 64MB and 128MB sizes.

The On Call 2000 Internet Remote Load version is Windows file compatible and uses most every e-mail program to send and receive information with the On Call 2000 - no proprietary software is required.

Program time and/or date sensitive messages that can be automatically activated and de-activated by the playlist command file. Messages can automatically change based on the time of day, day of the week, or by date. For example, a message could automatically go from "Good Morning" to "Good Afternoon" to "Good Evening" without any user intervention.
